Simon Pintado from Buxton Bentleigh changed my opinion of REAL ESTATE agents. I had thought they would want to get the business , make the sale and to close the deal ASAP, as with most in the sales industry. Simon however not only listened to what we wanted while getting our business but continued working to our preferences right through to the sale. He was happy to listen to my thoughts, then explain his thoughts that were excellent in his field of expertise, that of marketing a house. Even after an excellent offer was made, that we were happy to accept, he worked on and delivered a price even higher . I would recommend Simon to any seller, and advise the seller to listen to Simon as he knows his stuff.
