Personally I thought it was a win for all parties involved. Marketed at a realistic amount and not well under like other agents within the area. Was able to have a direct and open conversation and was very responsive to msgs or calls. In the end we got the house that meets our requirements and also took the stress out of having to go to Auction. I just hope that all those bottles of wine and champagne are still there when we settle and move in...hahaha
