From the start, when Angelo first inspected my property, I felt at ease. He showed extensive knowledge of sales in the area and I felt confident in the private sale strategy he proposed. In our first discussion Angelo gave suggestions for presenting the property and recommended a single asking price I still can’t believe that the time from that first discussion till the signing of the contract was less than 2 weeks. In that time he had organised the photographer, the glossy flyers, property styling, the board and had several inspections. And this was all just as lockdown was ending! Stage 4 restrictions made it impossible for him to get people through to inspect but he kept doing his best nonetheless. Once lockdown was over the property was sold very quickly. Another impressive sale by Angelo off the plan. He has now sold over 15 properties for me and continues to excel and amaze me. 2 months into construction he was able to sell it for a most impressive sale price especially given it was during COVID.
