At all our meetings with Angelo, he was open and honest about the market, the demographic to which our property would appeal, the current market dynamics, and recommended a strong strategic approach to the sale of our property. Angelo was extremely knowledgeable about the property market in the Bentleigh and surrounding areas backed up by his intimate knowledge of previous sales in the area and the properties currently on the market. He has very strong communication skills and provided regular and timely updates on the selling process and potential buyer updates. His assessment of the current Covid-19 situation and the impact on the property market was insightful and provided excellent options for us to consider in selling our property. He also listened to our views and took that into account when making recommendations. At the end of each inspection, he provided a detailed verbal update of how the inspection went and insights into the mindsets of the potential buyers. Prior to the auction, he provided and excellent summation of the state of buyer interest, their bidding capacity and the demand for our property. Prior to auction day, Angelo provided the auctioneer with detailed insights and features and benefits about our property to be amplified at the auction. On auction day, Angelo provided a strong strategic approach to achieve the very best result and managed the process very professionally.
