Simon was the agent involve in selling our house. He communicates really well and kept us fully informed throughout the sale process. He seems to be very attuned to the market, giving us an appraisal that was fulfilled in the final sale. A particular highlight was his construction of the marketing campaign which was very effective and professional. His negotiation skills with prospective buyers were excellent enabling us to get a sale that exceeded our expectations. Fantastic agent, strongly recommended.

Angelo made the entire process easy and stress free for me. I was initially very anxious to place my property on the market, however after discussing the process and strategy tailored to suit my property, I felt comfortable to proceed having regard to the confidence Angelo gave me to hand over the property to him to sell. Angelo assisted me with advice to prepare and present the property without going overboard, this was much appreciated. Angelo has communicated honestly and promptly with me at every step of the process, I felt he was holding my hand and looking after my best interests. The sales campaign went to plan, we very quickly secured offers and ultimately reached an offer that was acceptable.
