We actually picked Simon because of his negotiating against us for the vendor in a purchase. We realised he was passionate about maximising the vendor's position and not just closing a sale so when it came to selling our house, gave him the gig. He didn't let us down.

We were recommended Simon from a couple of people. I would highly recommend him also. He was fast efficient in keeping us up to date with what was happening. We could call him anytime to discuss. Angelo is an honest and hard working agent. He gave us great advice and contacts for trades people to get our house ready to sell. He attended all open homes himself, so he knew exactly who our potential buyers were, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Got the result we were after, and he's called us to help find our next home. Would highly recommend.

We've known Simon for many years and so it was an obvious choice to get him on board to sell our property. Simon made the entire process a dream. He consistently gave us the right amount and type of information to make decisions about the campaign. When we were losing our heads stressing about whether our home would sell, Simon kept his, guiding us to a fantastic result. Everything he predicted would happen on the day of the auction eventuated and the end result far exceeded our expectations. If you're going to sell your home, there's only one agent I'd be engaging and that's Simon Pintado.

Over the years Angelo Nikitas has sold many properties for me & when the the time came to appoint an agent to look after the off the plan sales on this project it was an easy one. Angelo has proven himself time after time that he is a specialist in this area and has a proven track record for premium sales off the plan hence why myself and other builders go straight to him as he has the skills, knowledge experience and a long list of record town residence sales over the years. Both sold and sold well before completion yet again! Well done Angelo
