Simon made contact with us a number of years ago and maintained this contact annually until we were ready to sell. He was realistic with market value as well as offering suggestions to us to increase the value without too much more expense to us. He then helped with organising trades to do the small jobs required. Once sale time occurred he was very helpful in explanations of the process with regular updates, reporting after each open day and final negotiations with the purchaser.

In what has been a difficult market for vendors, Angelo was able to achieve an excellent result. Whilst the property was on the market, Angelo provided regular updates on buyer interest, comparative sales and short-term trends. He regularly reviewed the selling campaign to best position the property in what were changing market conditions. I sort out Simon after meeting him at inspection of a property. His confidence and politeness impressed me. He was honest and open, and empathetic to our opinions. It was a tough sale, took a long time to sell, and we resisted price reduction. He was always upbeat even though the market was in a downturn. We sold lower than our expectation, but he fought hard to get the sale we needed. He negotiated behind the scenes and kept us going when we wanted to pull out.
