This was our 2nd time dealing with Simon Pintado and found the process equally as impressive. We originally bought a property through Simon and found him to be very honest, attentive and professional. Therefore we decided to use him again on selling our beautiful home. There was never a stage during the sale of our home that I was stressed that we would not get our asking price. This was mainly due to the fact of Simon's work ethic and communication. He scheduled round the clock openings and provided detailed reporting on each inspection. I have never seen an agent as motivated or as hard working. We chose Simon because he had contacted us throughout the years and seemed easy to deal with and hard working. Through the process Simon kept us informed and I believe he worked hard to generate interest in our property. Selling in a tough market it’s hard to judge how the sale will go. His skills at auction were very good and he was supported by a strong team which I think is what got our property across the line. I can’t fault Simon and his assistant Dimitri for their work during the sales campaign. They worked hard, kept us informed and got the property sold. Five stars from us.
