Professional and well mannered, know the property well enough to be able to address our questions and concerns on the spot prior to us making the decision to place a bid in the auction. He also gave us some very good and honest advice in our conversation. Well done.

Angelo is the most genuine estate agent we have come acrosss from both buying and selling perspective. The fact we have chosen him to sell our house after buying the same property from Angelo 4 years ago is a real testimonial of his commitment to personalised communication and in-depth knowledge of the market. From running a great campaign to representing us to best positioning the house for sale; Angelo’s professionalism combined with the highest integrity is what sets him apart.
Angelo Nikitas
We had a great experience selling our property with Angelo Nikitas from Buxton Bentleigh. Angelo was active throughout the entire campaign, an excellent communicator and provided regular updates of what was a 'fluid' market. Angelo was honest, straight to the point and managed our expectations throughout the process. Professional, experienced and courteous, we would highly recommend Angelo.

Angelo helped us with everything for our property from pre-sale consulting, the campaign, furniture and decor, inspections, follow-ups of the buyers to the final sale of the property. Although our auction did not go well because of the property market was shrinking, Angelo was still able to find the right buyer for us shortly after the auction. He experience, his knowledge and his understanding of the market really helped us to achieve the good result in the challenging market. I would highly recommend him to everyone and will engage him in the future if I want to sell.

Simon introduced himself to us a few years before we decided to sell. He kept in contact over that time and when it came down to choosing an agent we found Simon to be the best fit for us. He did everything he said he would do and we found him to be trustworthy, hard working with great energy. Simon kept us up to date after each open inspection and was meticulous in providing names of potential buyers. We ended up selling before auction based on achieving a result we were very happy with.
