As the star review indicates, Claude's work for us in selling our dual occ homes was "5 star". Always very 'personable', his updates on market movement were honest and realistic. Whilst we didn't sell at auction, he was unperturbed in recognising that the price would come and come it did. It wasn't an 'inflated' sell, but an honest sell in recognising that the market had 'cooled slightly' in Bentleigh East. He is a highly experienced agent who is at the 'top of his game'.
