Simon made the whole process of selling our home of 14 years extremely easy and not too stressful. I don't think you could be human if you didn't get a little stressed while selling your home. My wife and I knew Simon was always going to sell our home for us well before we decided to sell it. The reason for that was...we met Simon approximately 9 years ago and he has kept in touch with us since then and every time we have spoken he has given us helpful and useful information about the real estate market in our local area. He has a presence about him that is welcoming and he truly listens to what you have to say, which he has proved to us a few times. So we knew he would be treating potential buyers of our home the same way. He kept us informed regularly through the auction campaign and on the day he knew how many interested parties there were at the auction and the ones that were not. We sold at auction with multiple buyers which is a credit to him to get them there and bidding in a market where some properties don't even get a bid. We could not recommend Simon highly enough and teamed up with Sasha Pat they are a very well organised and successful team. Craig Williamson (the auctioneer) just added the icing on top of a great campaign with how he conducted the auction on the day. I've known Simon for 5 or 6 years. He has been regularly in contact with us during that time to help advise us about the market in our area, for when we might need to put our house on the market. We never felt pressured to sell, felt that he genuinely had our interests at heart, and didn't see us as a potential commission to score. When the time came for us to sell, he was realistic, enthusiastic, energetic, confident and reassuring. He helped us with presenting the house in its best light, and focused on the property's highlights to fully attract potential buyers. On the day of the auction he was able to finesse the final stages of the bidding to provide us with the best price possible, but with fairness and respect to the bidders. His knowledge and experience of the market, and how to prepare us in all aspects of dealing with a real estate sale were invaluable to us, and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a genuine trustworthy real estate person.
