We were fortunate enough to purchase from Simon yesterday. The process was seamless and sorted in less than half a day. He did a great job bringing purchaser and vendor together showing great flexibility. Having previously sold with Chris Hassall and now bought from Simon, we have no hesitation in recommending Buxton Bentleigh as the standout agents in the area.

A person who is going to do all the hard work and produce us the best possible price that the market is prepared to offer at that moment. We bought the development site from Angelo and he was really helpful to us in the design and marketing of the Dual Occ we built. Angelo knew exactly what the buyers were looking for, down to the last detail. We built to his suggestions and although we didn’t sell at auction, Angelo was able to secure a very good resu;t for us soon after. He followed through with EVERY lead and helped the buyers navigate their way to a purchase also. We will use Angelo again to sell for us, when we develop again in his area. He has a most friendly manner and was never pushy. CREDIBILITY and ABILITY is Angelo.

Andrew Chisholm and his colleagues were straightforward, reliable and communicative. They achieved the plan we agreed upon efficiently and we ended up being able to sell before auction.
