We honestly can't say enough about how thrilled we are with the entire campaign. From the initial meeting with Angelo right through the whole process we felt comfortable that we were in good hands. Angelo's knowledge of the area is second to none, his communication was consistent and very clear (not to mention realistic which was so much appreciated). He and Felicity handled themselves professionally at all times and the outcome says it all - our expectations have been exceeded completely. If you want to choose an Agent in the area you can't go past Angelo!

Simon and his team (Dimitri) had high energy and were personable from the first open for inspection we attended. They were proactive in following us up and were open and transparent when answering questions we had throughout the process.

I've known Simon for 5 or 6 years. He has been regularly in contact with us during that time to help advise us about the market in our area, for when we might need to put our house on the market. We never felt pressured to sell, felt that he genuinely had our interests at heart, and didn't see us as a potential commission to score. When the time came for us to sell, he was realistic, enthusiastic, energetic, confident and reassuring. He helped us with presenting the house in its best light, and focused on the property's highlights to fully attract potential buyers. On the day of the auction he was able to finesse the final stages of the bidding to provide us with the best price possible, but with fairness and respect to the bidders. His knowledge and experience of the market, and how to prepare us in all aspects of dealing with a real estate sale were invaluable to us, and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a genuine trustworthy real estate person.

Simon was great in the buying process and allowed us to get our thoughts together. It was all good at the end and everyone was happy. Thank you.

In a sea of ‘me too’ real estate agents more interested on selling themselves than looking after their clients, Angelo stands out as an exception in every way. His attention to detail and tenacity in achieving the absolute best result with what was a somewhat difficult sale was outstanding. He genuinely took an interest and care in us and in the whole sale process right up to the final settlement. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years, Angelo is, without a doubt the best, most professional real estate agent I have come across, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting the best person to sell their property. Thank you again Angelo for all you hard work and support.

I had a fantastic result courtesy of Buxton's Bentleigh agent Andrew Chisholm, he stepped me through the whole process from beginning to end result in a professional and realistic manner. He communicated to me after every open for inspection and followed up on any queries I had.

Angelo was no short of amazing during time when market was almost staggered over the festive Christmas season. Surprisingly has managed to pull a great deal and executed on my behalf remotely after I have checked-in heading oversea.
