Second property I have sold with Simon and he didn't disappoint, getting a good price for both property's. A great communicator and negotiator. Simon is extremely thorough in his approach to Real Estate and I would recommend him to any family or friends. Every single request was honored. Thanks Simon.

Simon was an excellent agent to deal with on a regular basis. He was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to relate to. Simon was confident and always kept us in the loop regarding each stage of the selling process. He was happy to answer our questions (big or small) and made us feel like he had time for us. In the end, we were extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend Simon and his services to other people wanting to sell. Thanks Simon!

We first had the pleasure of meeting Simon 3 years ago. We thought when we sell Simon would be the agent who we would have represent us. We always received monthly market reports to keep us in touch with the market in Bentleigh. His vibrant personality and professional mannerism is what sets him apart from other agents and nothing was to much trouble. We found his appraisal of the property spot on and advise to us was very honest and helpful. We would highly recommend Simon for anyone considering selling their property. Once again thank you. Simon helped us sell our property in South Caulfield. As we had been in this house for 36 years it was during these difficult and at times emotional times when we needed Simon at his best, and that was what we got. We got accustomed to hi sense of humor, high energy level, and great work ethic, and he amazed us with his flexibility, creativity, and persistence in making the sale

We first meet Ivan some years ago, at the time I was not in the market to sell, but keeping up with market trends in the Bentleigh / McKinnon zone. Ivan has always been helpful ,he’s most knowledgeable on the state of the market in the Bentleigh /McKinnon area. When it was time to sell, we approached Ivan to market our property; he did a great job, at all time keeping us up to date with how the campaign was going. We will do business with Ivan again.

Simon Pintado was definitely the right agent to help my sister and I with the emotional task of selling the family home in East Bentleigh. Simon was recommended to us by my daughter and son in law after he had completed the sale of their home and then the purchase of their new one and was highly regarded for his honesty, negotiation skills, helpfulness and genuine interest in the clients. Straight away we were put at ease with Simon's friendly and confident demeanour and he took all the worries out of our hands whilst not being 'pushy' at all. His communication was excellent and he was always available for us. The end result was everything we had wanted and Simon followed our instructions to the letter and negotiated at length with the buyer to a satisfactory end. I would strongly recommend Simon to anyone looking for an honest, likeable, knowledgeable and sincere agent who gets the job done worry free and with a great final outcome. He is the complete agent.
