This is the second time in a year that I have used Ivan to sell a property. Ivan's no-nonsense & genuine manner makes him so easy to work with & trust. My 92 year old mum was reluctantly saying goodbye to the home she had lived almost all her life and Simon handled it with great sensitivity and understanding.
