Tony looked after the sale of our home during the throws of the tightest COVID lockdowns while I was unable to return to Victoria due to boarder closures. He supported us through his fantastic network of contacts in Geelong to carry out work on the house in preparation for sale including urgent repairs for a broken stormwater pipe. We relied on Tony heavily to look after our property in our a absence which he did with great care and trust. The restrictions meant we were unable to auction our property or have group open for inspections. Tony navigated around the normal sale process with skill and confidence achieving not only an incredibly quick sale through fair and honest negotiation eventually securing an extremely pleasing outcome. Out initial meeting was relaxed, very informative and his advice regarding asking price, advertising, preparing the house, organizing a home maintenance firm, the stages in selling and market prospects were also excellent. He then advised us to bring forward the initial date for placing our home on the market. This advice proved to be very beneficial because he sold our home after just 6 days on the market.
