Dave was very professional, courteous and helpful at all times in the sale of our home. His knowledge of our local area was excellent. Our auction day went so smoothly and we were thrilled with the result. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone selling real estate.

Dave is quite simply the epitome of integrity and trust; attributes which are often not associated with real estate agents despite being the ultimate traits vendors as well as buyers seek. He manages to balance perfectly the skills of relationship, knowledge and negotiation with uncompromising professionalism. Whether it is at the high or lower end of the market, Dave makes it feel as though yours in the only sale he is concerned with, finding value in the connections he makes with people equally as rewarding as the final price.

Aly was fantastic to work with! As a first home buyer, I was not across the process at all and from the get go at the house inspection, she clearly outlined the steps moving forward. The bidding process was very transparent and she was always contactable, organised and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to future clients and Buxton in general.

Dave was personable and reliable...I actually purchased fairly quickly, and found his actions as the selling agent to be straightforward and honest.

Upon meeting Tony, my husband and I found him to be genuine, he was upfront about costs and had the same expectations around the value of our house, so we entrusted him with the sale. We were really happy about how Tony went about his business and he valued/accommodated our input with regard to the advertising text. Tony secured an outcome far beyond our expectations, he was extremely professional and we couldn't be happier. I would have no hesitations recommending him, and will use his services again in the future.

Tony guided us through the process and offered market knowledge, frequent communication and updates as well as professionalism. I am not really sure where to start except to say - What an Agent!!! Dave was incredible to deal with, providing honest advice and feedback regarding my property. Dave worked with a few buyers and was able to negotiate an amazing offer which exceeded my expectations and all within a few days of listing my property. I was blown away by the outcome and the service from Dave & his team. His hard work and commitment made me feel at ease during the sale, making it an enjoyable process. With his experience in the industry, his exceptional negotiation skills and friendly persona - why would you look anywhere else. I would highly recommend Dave and think you would be silly to consider anyone else.

When we decided to sell our home, we thought of Tony as he had originally sold us the house. Tony was friendly and professional, and we immediately felt at ease with him, and felt confident in the sale. Tony did not disappoint and achieved a great outcome for us. We would highly recommend Tony to sell your home.
