We decided to sell in the middle of COVID-19! Tony and his team were amazing with a no fuss approach with us! His experience and knowledge made this process so easy and sold our home within 3 weeks and for the price we were wanting! In such uncertain times this was an amazing outcome! Highly recommend Tony Moorfoot and his team!

Dave is a very trustworthy and hard working professional which led to a great selling experience for us. Dave has a very strong market knowledge and quickly built a strong rapport with a diversity of potential buyers. Dave's ability to read the buyers and make the right decisions when it mattered led to us getting a great price for our property, well above what we had expected. Would highly recommend!

Dave has an excellent sales record in Belmont and Highton, particularly in our local area. The whole campaign was a breeze and Dave made us feel relaxed and confident about the upcoming auction. We had absolute faith in him on auction day and he didn't disappoint, even under difficult covid conditions. Highly recommended Dave and the Highton Buxton office.

Roger was very friendly and approachable, always contactable & kept us updated through the whole process. Great knowledge of the area and the market, we were able to sell within 2 weeks of engaging his services even with COVID-19 going on around us. Would definitely use Roger again and recommend to others.

This being the first property that have sold, we had little idea of the processes required. Dave was excellent at communicating the required steps and gave us various well explained options to allow us make our own informed decisions regarding the sale strategy to be implemented. Dave's recommendations proved fruitful and our property sold well under the time frame we were expecting for well over our expected price. Dave made contact and kept us in the loop at every turn offering his expert advice along the way to achieve a seamless result well above our expectations.

I’m a very hard judge as I’ve been a real estate agent for over 30 years but I was very pleased with the exceptional service Dave provided. In our current challenging climate, Dave achieved a fantastic result well above our expectations. I was very impressed with Dave’s brilliant negotiation skills and he showed he was definitely working to achieve the highest price for the vendor when some agents are just looking for the quick sale. Thanks Dave and Kathryn

Tony was recommended to us so our expectations were quite high & he didn't disappoint! We had our home on the market with the covid restrictions in place therefore the sale took a little longer than expected but Tony was exceptionally positive & kept in constant contact with us with everything that was happening which we really appreciated. Tony, Tim & the Buxton team are very professional with their transparent approach & handled a lot of the 'red tape' on our behalf which was less stressful for us. We would highly recommend Tony & wouldn't hesitate to work with him & the team in the future. :)

Tony is easy to deal with and has a personable approach. We needed to change the terms of our settlement because of something our bank only made us aware of halfway through our settlement negotiations. Tony was understanding and helpful in passing that information onto the vendors and helped get the best outcome for all of us.

Tony has a great knowledge of the area. W e chose Tony after checking out other agents in this area, we felt they did not come up to his standard and he did not let us down. We would not hesitate to recommend Tony in the future.

We would like to thank Tony for an outstanding selling process. Our home sold within three days of going on the market and the sale exceeded our expected sale price. From our initial contact with Tony, his punctuality, communication and quick responses could not be faulted and his commitment in gaining the best outcome for us, was first and foremost. With his engaging personality and great communication skills, we felt so confident and comfortable we had contacated the agent who suited us perfectly. We can't thank Tony enough for a seamless sale and certainly would highly recommend him and the Buxton team.
