We purchased our first home through Tony and he was excellent to deal with. He was straight with us throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with. When the time came to sell it was a no brainer to get Tony to sell for us. He made it a stress free process, his advice re: marketing was spot on and we had accepted an offer in 8 days for what we knew the property was worth.

A very quick sale and short settlement so Tony and I did not work together for very long but during the few times I spoke to Tony he was very helpful, accommodating when arranging inspections to suit my schedule and always providing a speedy response when liaising with the Vendor which was much appreciated. The sale as a whole was a fairly smooth and seamless experience.

Making first contact with Dave regarding my home instantly put me at ease with his professional and friendly manner, Dave visited my home, had a walk around, made a few smart suggestions that definitely helped with the successful campaign that he ran for the property, upon listing with Dave at Buxton he had a serious offer on the table within two days, following a weekend open Dave smoothly negotiated the sale with an exceptional result within eight days of listing. His Sharp operating skills no doubt secured the best possible outcome for both vendor and purchaser, I look forward to dealing with Dave in the future.

Having experienced an auction at a nearby property we were impressed with Buxton’s professionalism so contacted Tony Moorfoot. We were at the peak of the Covid crisis and considered difficulty in selling however Tony reassured us that there were buyers wanting a home with the attributes of ours and recommended a program for the sale. Immediate action from him to prepare advertising, photos, etc resulted in the house being sold in 6 days. A top agent that we would recommend to others.
