Good advice on price guide, marketing the property in a professional manner. 25 groups of people through first open home, including 5 groups of neighbours! Multiple offers in the first week which Tony handled well to achieve more than we thought. Handled a neighbour who wasn’t in a position to buy well so that he didn’t impact too much on the sale of our home which we had lovingly renovated over a few years. Thank you, Tony!

We decided to sell an investment property that we had for a while, and was quite run down. Prior to putting the property on the market, we spent several months updating and tidying it up. During this period Tony kept in touch with us, often popping in to see how we were going. His support and encouragement was greatly appreciated. The entire sales process was explained to us clearly, including new requirements and regulations since changes were implemented in April 2021. Tony was always prompt with House Opens, and always gave us an in-depth report on each Open immediately afterwards. Our property was sold at auction, at exactly the price we wanted, after a 4 week marketing campaign. Tony handled the auction with precision and his experience and expertise was very evident.
