Tony was wonderful to deal with right from the beginning! His communication was fantastic and he made the process of selling seamless. Tony and Aly exceeded our expectations by selling our house in under a week and for a higher that expected price.

Anthony was always approachable and easy to deal with. He has good communication skills and a gentle, knowledgeable, pleasant manner. He initially explained the sale process to us and answered all our questions, and the the ensuing period before selling and following the sale was consistent with our expectations. Anthony was supportive when any difficulties arose. We always felt easy about contacting him with any concerns. I would have no hesitation recommending him as an agent.

Good advice on price guide, marketing the property in a professional manner. 25 groups of people through first open home, including 5 groups of neighbours! Multiple offers in the first week which Tony handled well to achieve more than we thought. Handled a neighbour who wasn’t in a position to buy well so that he didn’t impact too much on the sale of our home which we had lovingly renovated over a few years. Thank you, Tony!

We decided to sell an investment property that we had for a while, and was quite run down. Prior to putting the property on the market, we spent several months updating and tidying it up. During this period Tony kept in touch with us, often popping in to see how we were going. His support and encouragement was greatly appreciated. The entire sales process was explained to us clearly, including new requirements and regulations since changes were implemented in April 2021. Tony was always prompt with House Opens, and always gave us an in-depth report on each Open immediately afterwards. Our property was sold at auction, at exactly the price we wanted, after a 4 week marketing campaign. Tony handled the auction with precision and his experience and expertise was very evident. Cannot fault Tony or the Buxton team in the entire process. Tony is extremely knowledgeable on the Geelong Market and we highly recommend him and the Buxton team.

Aly was a part of the Buxton team who helped to make our property sale so smooth and successful. She was always very prompt, friendly and polite, and filled in when other team members were away due to Covid. Aly had good knowledge of the Belmont market, and I would highly recommend her.

Dave has truly been very professional in his approach to the sale of our home. This sale decision has taken a long time and Dave has kept in touch, updated us on market values and provided timely advice. There was never any pressure put on us. His quiet, calm approach suited us. We were always kept in the loop after open day inspections and the end result for us has been exciting. We would highly recommend Dave Gray and Bridget to future sellers.
