Our late call to go to market end of November into December was well supported by Mathew and Sarah who read that the market was good for a result. Their enthusiasm for the property and follow up of interest brought buyers to the table. This resulted in a pre-aucation negotiation between the parties bringing about a successful sale. Matthew and Sarah kept us up to date with what was going on in regards to the sale of our much loved family home. we knew the home wasn't perfect but he understood the feeling and meaning the home had to us. Emily sold our first property in winter it was a tough season to sell and on top of that it was during the challenging time of real estate market, but she manage to sold it under just a few weeks. We were totally new to this. At our first consultation, she gave us honest information of what to expect in the current market and went through thoroughly of the entire selling process and cost. She’s extremely patient, and very knowledgeable from suggesting strategies to maximise the chance of right people to view the property, to improve the house to make the property more marketable, down to explaining how weekly online report works and how to look at the statistics. She’s responsive she gave us timely feedback after each inspection and regular phone calls letting us know the updates of some potential buyers. She’s very approachable ever since the first time we met, I feel I can ask her anything and express any concern I have. We felt she truly had our best interest at heart.
