Emily was very open with us about all aspects when we discussed selling the house, and when the house was open for inspection. She was able to keep both myself and my brother who lives interstate well informed about all aspects of the sale, and did so in a caring and relaxed manner, which made the process of selling my mother's house much easier. I found her very easy to talk to, and she was readily available and helpful when questions arose. I would certainly call her again when I need any advice if selling my house in the future. Having sold a property previously we were slightly untrusting and hesitant towards realestate agents. Natalie and Wes have changed all of that completely.
