We have met Mathew on both sides of the fence and he comes across very well from both a buyers and a sellers point of view. He has excellent communication skills and great market knowledge. Our home went to auction and he handled the auction extremely well also. The whole selling process went pretty smoothly Matt, Katrina and the team were always very courteous and and honest in their assessment of our home and the prospective buyers giving us feedback throughout the process. Overall were were very happy with the whole process and with the sale price achieving a price easily above our reserve.
