Buxton Mentone - Great Team!
Wes Belt, Chantelle Rutter and the team at Buxton Mentone were our first and only choice to represent us for the sale of our home. Sale of 28 Streeton Drive Mentone
I have no hesitation in recommending Buxton Mentone, Wes Belt or any of his staff. The handled the sale of the property with professionalism and communicated with us immediately following the "'Open for Inspections"', giving us feedback (both positive and negative). We were happy with the end result and there was no "' b s"' around any of our dealings with the organisation.

Excellent work! well done!
This was our first time to selling a property. Emily is incredibly responsive; hard working agent, she is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She was very patient went through the process with us, we was informed but making our own decisions at every step of the way. She was so easy to communicate, calling protein buyers; give your feedback right after each open inspection. Emily's communication skills are outstanding- always available to me and would come back to me within a short amount of time if I needed to leave a message. Her management of the tenant throughout the entire campaign was handled extraordinarily well due to her communication ability.
