We had been told that selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do and it's true. No agent can take that emotion away but when they can get you a fantastic result like Matt and Katrina did, it's all worth it. Matt and his team gave us all the advice on preparing our house for sale which was fantastic as it saved us money. 'Down tools, spend no more money, it's time to go ' was Matt's advice- thanks Matt!
