An outstanding auction success!
Wes Belt's long experience in real estate especially in the Mentone area came to the fore in his marketing campaign to auction our unit. His suggestions for marketing showed his professionalism and wide knowledge in his field. As we were interstate vendors, we appreciated how he kept us always informed of interest in the unit, and offered suggestions where necessary. We soon learnt to have full confidence in such suggestions and went along with them. These proved the correct road to take as the auction was an outstanding success for which we thank him, and his assistant Natalie Lerpiniere.

Professional, efficient and personable
Nickole was always very welcoming. She got my name and my partners name at the first meet / open for inspection. We were looking for quite a while...Nickole was the only agent who was able to remember who I was and what I was looking for. Other agents, give you the shpiel, Nickole engages with the individual. She is also very efficient and proficient at the business end of the transaction. I will look for her if i ever need to sell my home! Thanks Nickole.

Total commitment and effort

Trouble free selling and buying experience
Having been looking for a house for an extended period of time, we had come across Chris at many opens. Down to earth, respectful (not your typical smarmy realestate agent). So had decided when we were to sell we would go with him. Turns out we ending up buying and selling through him. From both perspectives was great, super responsive didn't stuff us around and was as easy as could possibly be for buying and selling.

Chris knows Mordialloc especially the Epsom Estate, wouldn’t consider any other agent in the area. Chris is professional but approachable, easy to deal with and kept in touch through the process. Very happy with the result - sold within weeks off market.

Fantastic Service
Chris made the selling process so easy. He has great communication skills and is very easy to deal with. He personally arranges everything for the sale and attends the open for inspections and because of his hands on approach he was able to keep us informed of the progress of the sale every step of the way. He has excellent knowledge of the property market in Mordialloc and surrounding suburbs, and a great contact base of prospective buyers. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell.
