I moved to Queensland in May 2019 and rented my house, after my tenant moved out I was unable to sell due to the Covid-19. I spoke with several local agents but in the end decided on Chris. The Premier made the announcement that in-person property inspections were to be allowed on Sunday lunchtime - Chris was well ahead of the game and had already booked the Stagers to come in and dress the house the following day and it was photographed and on the market by Wednesday. As Chris is an auctioneer and shows people through the property he is in a unique position to get feedback from potential buyers. In the end my home sold before auction and I am pleased with the result and, of course all this was done online/over the phone as I was unable to return to Melbourne due to the border closure.
