Unlike other agents in the area I met with, Rohan was organised from the moment he met with us with marketing and suggested auction dates - turning around the photos/advertisement in a short period. What impressed me initially about Rohan was his excellent auctioneer skills. He commands an auction better than anyone I've seen. But Rohan is much more than that. Rohan was always very engaged with us as sellers, communicative with updates and contactable. We had a short timeframe to work with and Rohan assisted by recommending and organising trades, stylists and photography. When it came to selling, Rohan never stopped working to get us the best outcome. He suggested and held additional inspection times when the interest levels were low and worked multiple interests to get a price we were happy with. Nothing was too difficult or beneath him. I would highly recommend him as an agent and I will certainly appoint him again if I get the opportunity to.

My brother and I spoke to George a few months after the death of our mother who had lived at 5 Brady Avenue, Clayton South for the last 52 years. Therefore it was a very difficult decision to sell this property which had remained within the family for such a long time. We spoke to other agents in the area to get an understanding of their market knowledge and the area. This is where our agent George excelled in that he took us through a history of sales within the area and then discussed market strategies to achieve the best possible price. He advised that we needed a short sharp period of advertising and open inspections culminating in an Auction which happened on 16 September. He brought through a number of prospective buyers, which resulted in a bidding war on the Auction day and we received an incredible price.
