GEORGE KORDERAS - BUXTON REAL ESTATE Despite the rising interest challenges, George Korderas was a delight to work with. George was forever cheerful, optimistic and acted in good faith on our behalf. He never failed in providing excellent advice and was always available when called upon. He contributed much to the sale of our late parents home with professionalism, commonsense, logic and honesty. George exceeded our expectations on every level and we were impressed by his weekly briefings and support. Rohan was great to deal with from the time we first met him & during the sale of the property. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very approachable and always made contact when needed. He kept us very informed of all feedback during the opens and I cant imagine the auction would have gone as well as it did if we had used a different agent. I would highly recommend Rohan to anyone selling in the area and in fact I have. We were very happy with his service.

I've known George Korderas for over twenty years and through various agencies and in that time, he has acted as the selling Agent for me in all but one of my situations. In the last 18 months, George has sold a number of properties for me. This property was the third property that George sold for me in the last 18 months. George knows his market, he has honesty and integrity and never fails to connect my property with the right buyer and so attains the best selling price for a property irrespective of the location or situuation in the market. I have always had the utmost belief in George's ability and he has delivered for me time and time again. I won't hesitate to use him again in the near future. If you are looking for the best and most reliable real estate agent in the Oakleigh and surrounding areas, George should be at the top of your list.
