Carl arranged everything. The property was empty and he arranged for a full cleaning service which made the place sparkle. The photo shoot included some great drone footage and really showcased the property. He kept us informed during the whole process and negotiated a price that was a very good outcome for both parties. It is the third time I have engaged their services of Calio and Scott and I highly recommend their services and look forward to using them again in the future.
