Richard was referred to us by a friend and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. He is professional, diligent and supportive - you really feel like he has your best interest at heart. Richard sold our home in Wembley Downs quickly and efficiently and we are more than willing to pass on his referral to give others the opportunity to experience his professionalism first hand. Thank you Richard!

From the onset, Richard provided us with the confidence to sell including a range of advice and contacts to and make the process as easy as possible. Richard's knowledge of the market and efficiency is immediately clear. Communication throughout was brilliant, and we were never left wondering what was next. A big thank you to Richard and Kayler for making the experience such a positive one and an outcome that we couldn’t be happier about. You only have to take a drive around Doubleview or a scroll through Realestate.com to know that Richard is the man to talk to! Thanks again, Richard.

Richard knew we had considered selling our property and when he had a few buyers looking in the area and not too many places on the market he made arrangements for an off market sale that was quick and easy.

My experience with Richard on buying a house from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. I think the overall experience was a culmination of Richard's professionalism, friendly, down to earth, and 'nothing is a hassle' attitude and having Kayler supporting in the back end just ensured I had an all round amazing experience, and genuinely felt I was in safe hands throughout the process. I could not recommend Richard more highly if you are buying or selling a property.

Launching a property to market 2 weeks before pandemic restrictions came into affect certainly made our selling experience an interesting one. We went from a huge response first week of home opens to then not being allowed home opens the following week. However with Richard as our agent, he never lost confidence that our unique villa would sell in our price range and took control of the ever changing situation and kept the momentum going, ensuring no stone was left unturned. Between Richard and his wonderful assistant Kayler, we were kept well informed across the board and ended with a great result - we would highly recommend Richard and Kayler to anyone selling.

Richard off the bat struck me as a trustworthy and honest agent, a rarity these days. While representing the owners I always felt he had my best interests at heart as the buyer, and that made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy, or sell a property.

Richard is a very smooth salesman who knows when to push on an offer and when to hold - he doesn't 'oversell'. Settlement ran very smoothly, there were no issues when needing to bring forward settlement by one week. He has a good client manager who keeps on top of things. I was very appreciative of how the missing key situation was quickly resolved. As a bonus, the pizza on my first night was enjoyed by me and my family.

I had been recommended to Brad by a mutual contact in the real estate industry. Brad is an inspiring, approachable, friendly and impeccably sales professional with a thorough knowledge in all aspects of the real estate property market. His diligence, enthusiasm, positive energy and motivation in assisting me throughout the entire process is to be highly commented. His work ethics is exemplary. He is meticulous in his role, and ensures that I was always given feedback and kept updated at every stage of the sale process. Even during the COVID-19 lock down, he worked hard to have my property sold in less than 3 weeks being on the market, with a full asking price. I could not thank Brad enough for his professionalism, communication skill, and most importantly, achieving an outstanding result in a very impressive time line. Thank you, Brad!
