After speaking to several local agents who sell properties in the Crawley/Nedlands areas, Brad was highly recommended by the principal of the current #1 Crawley/Nedlands agent whom I contacted, to engage him in handling the sale of my property. I thought that Brad must be very good if the principal of this #1 Crawley/Nedlands agent had recommended him to me. Also, Brad has sold one of my Crawley apartments 13 years ago. Hence I decided that he was THE agent I would use again. I have not been disappointed with my ultimate choice of having Brad sold my Nedlands apartment. He stepped up immediately, and took control of all the inspections during the Covid-19 period. To my most welcomed surprise, he had quickly attained an offer at full asking price. Brad has always kept me in touch with the entire process of the sale, which made me feel assured that I was in good hands.

Having known Richard for many years we knew that when the time came to sell our family home his experience in Doubleview would be hard to beat. From the start of his market campaign his professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. This was even more evident when changes had to be made due to Covid-19 restrictions. His communication and dedication to the sale and us as vendors was greatly appreciated. Thank you Richard and Kayler.

From the moment we met Brad, we got a great vibe and knew he was this right agent for us. Having not sold a property before, he took us through the whole process and was constantly checking in to ensure a smooth transaction. Even when there was a hiccup through the buyer, he was quick on his feet to resolve the issue for us. His customer service skills are exceptional and he has a wonderfully friendly demeanour. We highly recommend Brad!

We met Richard a number of times at home opens while looking for a home. When it was time to sell our home he was the person who came to mind to take that on for us. Why? We had already seen what Richard was like when selling homes. His friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach is second to none. The sale of our home was so quick and easy we almost forgot our home was sold! We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you Richard!

We met Richard at a couple of home opens a few years ago. We were impressed that he remembered us and what our plan in regard to selling our house was. He was not pushy but happy to keep in touch and guide us towards the right time to sell..for us! Richard is smart, professional, personable, genuine and hard working! He truly is the best real estate agent we've come across and the nicest guy as well. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he kept us informed with real feedback from our home opens and always followed up with everyone to get us the best outcome. Selling and home opens are stressful but Richard and Kayler made the process as streamlined as it could be. Richards honesty and instinct about the market lead us to make the right decision to sell at the right time! We feel very lucky to have had Richard and the team at Edison McGrath guiding us and negotiating the sale of our house during this time. We feel certain if it wasn't for Richard it wouldn't have happened. Thanks so much Richard. You are the best!
