We were not disappointed. Adrian was ably assisted by Adam Iles who on occasions took carriage of the process. Between them they put a lot of time and effort into achieving an outcome. Our house took only five weeks to sell in a slow market. Throughout that time, we were impressed by the feedback we received and their willingness to listen to our thoughts. After a bit of fine-tuning with the price, we received a cash offer that then enabled us to make an offer on a place we were keen on, with settlement dates coinciding. It could not have worked out better. Adrian and Adam were well supported by other staff at Abel McGrath such as Tania Miroch, who kept us up to date with written feedback and home-opening times.
