He was easily able to promote the positives of the property, whilst handling any negatives or objections with a very pleasant manner. His wealth of experience in both the suburb , recent sales and overall market were second to none. His human interaction and negotiation techniques were honest and classy , not what we have experienced in trying to buy a new home post the sale of this house.
