This was the second property we purchased from Brad and the Abode team in the last 5 years. We went straight to him when we were interested in purchasing again. We have always liked Brad's approach - easy going, great to have a chat to, knowledgeable and direct. Immediately Brad was sourcing options for us - the property he found us was everything we dreamed of and more. Purchasing is stressful at the best of times, but with a toddler and baby, Brad was flexible in communicating with us and constantly - and I mean daily, 7 days a week - kept us in the loop with (at times challenging!) proceedings. Brad's relationship with the vendor allowed us to negotiate privately in a way that we didn't feel pressured. He has continued to help us out liaising with the vendor arranging additional inspections, and information sourcing, prior to settlement. None of this was something he had to do - but these things are the extras that set Abode apart. We will always go straight to him again when both looking to buy and sell. The Abode team are a great bunch of people who always go above and beyond to help. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
