After 5 bleak months of few inspections and no offers for our property we dicided to give the team at Abode a go and it was the best decision we could have made. They made an immediate impression with their approach and professionalism and they followed this up with a number of inspections in the first month culminating in selling our home for what we had it listed for on the most inclement day weather wise we had exprienced in Mt Matha. From the very beginining they had advised us not to lower our expectations of what we would get for our beautiful home. After a protracted start to the process with getting tenants out, we had a tight time frame to make a sale happen. We had major concerns with the average "days on market" in Mt Martha - particularly off season - however Brad's detailed understanding and experience in the local community convinced us that it wouldn't be a problem. On Brad's recommendation we did some quick fix-ups and spent some money styling the empty property, presenting it very well for sale. Brad and his team at Abode then coordinated the photography, copyrighting, and marketing of the property with precision. We were on the market in less than 3 weeks from getting the keys back and had a well negotiated offer (that we accepted) less than 2 weeks later. Plus he's a good guy!
