Lorna and I cannot speak too highly of both Brad and Sam. After 5 bleak months of few inspections and no offers for our property we dicided to give the team at Abode a go and it was the best decision we could have made. They made an immediate impression with their approach and professionalism and they followed this up with a number of inspections in the first month culminating in selling our home for what we had it listed for on the most inclement day weather wise we had exprienced in Mt Matha. From the very beginining they had advised us not to lower our expectations of what we would get for our beautiful home. They did not take the easy options - recognising the value that was in our home from the outset and true to their word they sold the house for a sum that we were comfortable with.
