Excellent, professional, knowledgeable of property history, suburb and LGA

Very accomadating. My partner and I viewed the property 4 times in 10 days (including B & P inspection). Very punctual. We had engaged a buyers advocate. Great communication between the 3 parties. No delay in returning queries. Seemless work between the 2 conveyancing agents. My partner and I have been involved in all aspects of real estate in 2 capital cities. This is by far the easiest transaction and nicest property we have purchased.

An absolute pleasure

This was our first time selling a house with Lindsay (we have actually purchased two homes from him in the past), and as always it was just a pleasure dealing with Lindsay. Sensational

Lindsay gets 11 out of 10 for everything to do with the sale of our home. He knew the market and suggested a price that was clearly spot on because the sale was wrapped up very quickly.
