I can appreciate that with a (very) motivated seller, rental tenants who needed to be present for any entry (re: the pets) and multiple pre-purchase inspections to accommodate that Lindsay had a lot of balls to keep in the air, however whenever I called he was always friendly and made it seem like nothing was too much trouble (even though I know there were definitely challenges). He tried his best to accommodate our preferred timeframes and leveraged his positive relationship with the tenants to gain quick access for our contractors, which was so appreciated and expediated the process for the seller. Another nice touch was that he text me a photo of the "sold" sign when he went to put it up - a seemingly small gesture but it had a big impact, he obviously realised what an exciting moment that was for our family and wanted to share it. He has also maintained the relationship past signing day checking in to see if we have any questions etc.
