About Robert

Having worked in England as a Pub/Restaurant Manager and then a Civil Servant Robert came to Australia in 2004 with his wife and three young children. Robert admits his first experience as a renter was not a great experience, this prompted him to consider a new career within the Real Estate Industry in 2005 as a Property Manager. Robert enjoys meeting new people and constantly strives to assist people resolve any problems, with a great deal of empathy, is able to utilise many of his skills gained from his previous professions in the UK, and is especially knowledgeable in all aspects of property maintenance. Much to the delight of our team Robert is the go to person for all our property managers, when faced with a tricky maintenance item. Robert says: “I fully understand the requirements of owners with regards to their properties, whilst also taking into account the needs of the tenants, along with a great knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, my aim is to supply a seamless service to all sides in the transaction of renting a property.”

About Jessica

With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jessica has a wealth of knowledge that can only be gained through hands on experience, and good old fashioned hard work. Jessica’s passion for property became evident at a very young age, and it is this passion which drives her to provide the best possible experience for all of her clients - her property owners and tenants alike. Jessica prides herself on her innate ability to communicate effectively. A straight shooter by nature with an eye for detail, you can be sure when you’re dealing with Jessica that no stone will be left unturned and you’ll always be kept up to date. Jessica may be a straight shooter but she is also incredibly warm and nurturing, and it is these characteristics which have enabled her to foster lasting relationships with her clients. Aside from positive client experiences, Jessica loves the diversity which a career in Property Management offers. No two days are ever the same and she loves a good challenge as well as meeting new people. Jessica is a serious animal lover, and in her spare time you will most likely find her spending time with her husband and their three cats! Jess also enjoys cooking and delving in to a good novel.

Danielle entered the real estate industry in 2013 where she progressed to a Property Manager role in the same year. She joins us after managing a portfolio for 6 years at a Perth buyers agency. Being a home owner herself, Danielle is passionate about partnering with owners to proactively enhance the performance of their property portfolio.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Support from Jessica

Jessica has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire rental process. She handled everything very efficiently and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Fast very professional and very helpful

I inspected 20 properties and put in applications through various realestates and no response for days inspected one nice appartment listed by Abode put in my application and it was approved by that afternoon my property manager has been a pleasure to deal with also from my experience Abode is a great realestate to go through if you are looking for a rental or looking to rent out your property.

Couldnt be happier

Jessica Bertocchi is a terrific property manager. She's a strong communicator, very professional, always timely and cares about the landlord and tenant to ensure a smooth experience all round. In fact, last week our property settled one day and she had it tenanted the next!
