Jess was great with helping me secure my rental in Perth. Super friendly at the inspection, and efficient with the application & approvals. I managed to get everything sorted out super quick with minimal fuss. Mostly all the processes (application, agreement, condition report) are digital too, and there was a handy tenant handbook.
