As a result there were no unwanted surprises only good ones mainly in the form of a higher than expected selling price. I could call Daryl anytime. Due to some work challenges I often had to call him at short notice and I could always get in touch. He helped out with all aspects of getting our house ready for sale including booking trades and contractors to get the property up to a good standard. Even though our house was a considerable distance from his office, he was happy to run a couple of home opens in a week. Daryl gave us great advice on the value of the property, the quality of prospective offers and was supportive when the usual challenges arose.
