Jessica is an exceptional propery agent. Overall she has been very professional in managing the properties and has done an outstanding job. Abode are fortunate to have her! In particular she is very engaged in, understands the properties and the admin needed to manage the properties. She has also taken time out to understand the Landlord's requirements, which is appreciated. Moreover, her administration skills are exteremely good.

I have been with Jessica Bertocchi during my renting and moving in process. And Jessica was extremely helpful and supportive in making my transition seamlessly smooth. She knew the property well and was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She even went as far as helping me with liaising with the old tenant regarding the furniture.
