I felt completely at ease with Andrew from the moment I met him at the open house. His knowledge of the house was exceptional - it was detailed. Andrew made sure he answered my questions without rushing me. His follow up then over Saturday night and Sunday with the things he had promised me was great and then agreeing to meet me again early Monday morning so I could satisfy myself further was also reassuring, I was clearly dealing with a professional. As a buyer I felt that Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and always seemed available and attentive, and following on from contracting to buy the house, his staff and their follow through with process is a credit to the whole team.
