Having taken his advice, we carried out a chunk of work on the property, preparing it for home open, and then on the first weekend of marketing and the first home open - sufficient interest was generated to have a number of motivated buyers, of which - one proceeded to purchase the house. In between the signing of the contract for sale and the actual settlement, Andrew and his team worked hard to keep the buyer and ourselves satisfied through a number of challenges, ultimately resulting in the successful sale of the property.
