Both Catherine & Adrian were extremely professional throughout the whole process. Even before we decided to put the house on the market they were compassionate, understanding & very empathetic to what was an emotional decision to sell the family home after 42 years. There was no pressure or nagging and they were supportive of whatever decision was made. Once the decision was made to sell the home they were helpful, knowledgeable and realistic about what we could expect to sell for. There was no unrealistic prices suggested just to get a contract signed and from start to finish they were very strong on communication. The advertising package they put together, especially the photos taken were excellent quality. Immediately after each OFI we were thoroughly debriefed on the number of groups that had gone thru the house, the types of potential buyers and whether there was likely to be any offers.
