We've been with First National Mulgrave since we purchased our first investment property four years ago. So far we are happy with the services provided. Our current property manager, Tracey, has great knowledge about the market and makes sure the property is looked after by the tenants. She also communicates issues related to the property to us and deals with them promptly. We highly recommend First National Mulgrave.

Hi There. We are generally happy with Love's service and she has helped us secure the tenant quickly. One thing I would like to share feedback is the maintenance service you provided us. Although it is great you guys have the network supplies to recommend us, we would expect to see a few quotes from the market as a comparison for the repair job (other rental agency we use offer this level of service). I have followed up a few times on this request, but received no response. We were a bit disappointed. Hope this can be improved in the future.
