I chose Kim Carter to sell my property as Carter Cooper had managed my rental property for 6 years prior. The agency provided excellent service. I often let those around me know that I was very happy with Carter Cooper managing my property. With respect to the sale of my property, Kim had a very good knowledge of the property market. Brad spent many weekends at property, on occasion in terrible weather, holding open inspections where it was always a very difficult sell.
