Would recommend Annette for real estate sales to others and in fact have already done so. In the convoluted jargon of QLD legal mumbo jumbo in regard to conveyancing, which caused my wife and I much angst and stress, Annette was a breath of fresh air in so far as the actual sales were concerned. It was never an issue for her to talk to us at any time. She saved our sanity for which we are very grateful.

I am very pleased to say Brad and Annette Mitchell managed the sale of my house very well. Whilst I can only base my observations on this one occasion they demonstrated to me they market well, are good communicators and easy to deal with. Both are professional but personable at the same time. The initiative they took to provide the buyer with a video walk through of the house was great. It resulted in the property being sold in a timely manner. Their efforts are very much appreciated.

We moved to Hervey Bay firstly renting through Carter Cooper Realty while searching for our new home. The property Management Department is professional and prompt, I would recommend them to Investors, Home Owners and Tenants, who, in return will receive a fair, professional and prompt service. We found our home through an advertisement on realestate.com.au and proceeded to an inspection the following day. Kim Carter and her team conduct themselves in an exemplary manner, availing themselves to their clients, follow through with communication and make the process of buying property a pleasurable one. Our purchase had problems from the beginning, but, through honest and open communication, Kim Carter encouraged us to hang in there when at times it felt fruitless and frustrating. She was empathic through the difficult times and created a rapport that made us feel comfortable in our reliance on her to make our purchase a reality.
