Right from our initial contact with Kim re the sale of our home at 1 Windemere Road, Wondunna, she was in prompt in all service requests, very knowledgeable about surrounding properties both for sale & recently sold. Kim is honest, very hardworking and reliable personally and her staff follow her example. I would happily recommend Kim Carter Real Estate to any purchaser or vendor.

Jana laid out a strategy that gave me confidence in her and that the property would be sold. I believed that in spite of the price I was asking (which was above market), that Jana would sell it. Four days after the property was advertised a contract was signed at the price I wanted, which proved Jana an aggressive and very professional negotiator. Jana will give you superior, professional, friendly and satisfying service.

Kim most importantly considered my interest but also worked to ensure the buyer would be satisfied by matching the needs of both parties. This requires, knowledge, exceptional communication skills and follow up. I admire Kims ability to be on top of the properties she is marketing. Thank you Kim for looking after the sale of my house at Pialba

Kim recently sold 3 properties for us and was able to achieve close to asking price on all 3. The way Kim navigated what was at times a stressful subdivision was a credit to her and her team. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
