Talasea Dr purchase was reasonably straight forward the industry advise could maybe should point customers to get specific advice on pools as this is not covered by house and land or is it part of certification on pools since purchasing the property I have been told by several people it is essential to have this done and to my great cost the pool had a hole in the floor and had to be totally refloored at a cost of $8000.00 not what you need to find out after you have bought it
